How do I cancel my order ?

Orders that have not yet been prepared or shipped can be cancelled without issue.
Once 24 hours have passed since your purchase, or if your order has already entered the preparation or shipping process, we will no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
How to track my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
You can also visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website at any time to check the status of your order.
How much does shipping cost ?
Delivery is free for all orders over $20 in most countries.
For certain locations, shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

There are products missing from my order, is this normal ?
It is quite common for orders to be shipped in multiple packages, especially when some items have shorter processing times. This may result in a few days’ difference between the delivery of different parts of your order.
